My writing spans the gamut of interests, including fiction, poetry, political philosophy, small agriculture, and the environment. I'm not interested in the arguments no one can solve, but in piecing together what is happening as best we can know as average citizens, and responding as strongly as possible to that. I've watched the American body politic wasting away lately, and that drove me to publish my first full length book, Call to Liberty: Bridging the Divide Between Liberals and Conservatives. I am currently working on the next strong response: A Free and Fair Elections Amendment to the US Constitution which addresses the critical issues on both sides of the election debate.
In my creative work, I aim to open a depth through metaphor and myth that rattles the depths of one's soul. But I am just beginning this work again, after having been distracted by the demands of work for several years.
